The five things we actually believe.

The thesis is not a slogan. It is the floor of every product decision, every hire, and every operator we choose to partner with. We have written it down so we can be held to it.

We build for the industries everyone else overlooks.

The pharmacies that still self-deliver on paper. The dental offices that still fax referrals. The family food retailers that still keep ledgers by hand. These businesses are the spine of American small-business GDP and they are systematically under-served by software. We build for them.

AI-native means starting from the paper.

We do not bolt language models onto enterprise software built in 2007. We start from the actual paper — the manifest the pharmacist holds at handoff, the binder the dental office keeps for insurance verification — and design the AI-native system that replaces it. Months, not years.

Networks compound. Products plateau.

A pharmacy. A fleet operator. A dental office. A family retailer. Each alone competes against larger incumbents and loses by attrition. Connected through MKM, they share infrastructure, compliance, and demand. That, more than any feature set, is the moat.

The work of MKM Technologies LLC began, like most things in this country worth building, behind a counter. In our case, a Bakersfield pizza counter that my family has operated since 2015. The crown above the door reads MKM.

For the last decade we have learned, in the way one only learns by closing the register every night, what it takes for a small business to survive against larger ones with deeper pockets and better software. We learned that margins are not where the fight is won. The fight is won at the level of operations — the manifest, the schedule, the handoff, the receipt, the ledger. The places software hasn't yet reached, where paper still rules.

When the time came to build technology, we built for the businesses we knew best: the ones still running on paper.

Suavo is the first product, in pharmacy delivery. The pilot is live in Los Angeles — HIPAA-compliant, BAA-signed, chain of custody at every handoff. Dentravo will be the second, in dental. After that, the next industry the rest of capital has overlooked. Each one a sector. Each one built on the same operating thesis.

The crown stays. The thesis grows.

Not on a pitch deck. On a family-run pizza counter in Bakersfield, California. The crown above the door reads MKM. Eleven years later, it still does.

MKM Technologies LLC is what happens when that brand grows up. We took the small-business operating instincts the family business taught us and built them into operating systems. First for pharmacies. Next for dental. Eventually for every industry running on paper.

The crown stayed. The thesis grew.
